Sandy Kirnan has been a licensed Realtor since 1977. She has consistently engaged in continuing education, earning many designations including GRI (Graduate of the Realtors Institute), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and CRB (Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager).

Sandy is involved in the real estate community in several ways, including being an active member of the CNYIS Board of Directors. She has also served on the Professional Standards and Grievance Committee. On a yearly basis, Kirnan has been privileged to take on more responsibility in the Real Estate Industry including helping to organize the annual Parade of Homes event, one of the largest annual events in the Real Estate community. Sandy believes that staying actively involved in the community is very important, and she encourages her agents to do so as well!

As one of the new breed of Broker/Owners’, Sandy knows communication is essential to any working relationship. Whether she’s working with clients or agents, she makes it a point of keeping everyone informed every step of the way! Technology has impacted the industry in many ways, and using the latest tools is key to provide the best service to our clients! As a manger, Sandy offers a creative approach and solutions for her agents in today’s complex world of real estate. She is hands-on and directly involved in the day-to-day operations of the firm. Sandy has an open-door policy for all her agents, and participates in the weekly caravan, a time when Kirnan agents tour several new listings from within their office. For new or new to Kirnan agents, our Fast Track Training program, directed by Sandy, combines in-office classes with a Real Estate professional with over 40 years experience and mentorship to guide agents through their first transactions. It's Sandy's leadership that's created a culture of mutual respect and support throughout the office.

What’s happening in the community: Locally, Kirnan Real Estate is an active participant with Syracuse Networking Professionals, a group designed to keep and promote local businesses within the Syracuse Community. Sandy also attends National Real Estate Conferences to stay on the Cutting Edge of the Real Estate Industry Nationwide. Kirnan Real Estate consistently supports the efforts of many local charities including Pop Warner Sports programs for youth, as well as local high-school programs & activities, March of Dimes, Susan B. Comen Breast Cancer Fundraiser, United Way, Liverpool Chamber of Commerce Parks & the Summer Music Program. Sandy and Kirnan Real Estate were recently honored by the Liverpool Chamber of Commerce as a 30-year member.
